Many thanks to the UniTransfers service! Booked a transfer from Antalya airport to the hotel in Side. Our flight from Kazan was repeatedly delayed, which was reported literally 30 minutes before departure. We called the support service, informed about the change in the arrival time. In total, the delay of the aircraft was 8 and a half hours. Despite all this, the driver was waiting for us at the exit of the airport. No one took money from us for the delay, we got to the hotel quickly. I put 10 out of 10, because despite repeated flight delays reported at the last minute, we were met and taken to the hotel at no extra cost.
